Born 3/17/67...I've been DJing since 1982, when SL D20's were the hot ticket. Thank God 1200s were born year's later.
Anyway...was brought up lovin' the sounds of jazz, r&b, funk, rock, reggae, house music, disco, rap, you name it!
My mixin love is deep house music, with loads of percussion, jazz and strong vocals. I also enjoy mixing broken beat, drum and bass, Nu Jazz, down-tempo, bits of rock and reggae.

Reflecting on DJing:
DJing has been a never ending experience. I'm currently an executive in technology at a large global bank, but DJing just keeps calling back.
Albeit a guest spot at a club, a private event, or just throwing down in my private media room - it just keeps calling me back. One thing to share with DJs is there is no substitute for knowing the music...it's beyond the technical mapping of bpms, being the best scratcher or blend master. It's all still boils down to knowing the music and the risks you are willing to take to remain original.
We are underground DJs because we are always trying to break new ground, new foundations, new ways of understanding the music and sharing with others. It's like having a one of a kind article, shame to see it duplicated on someone else.
