The Stellar Requests

Profile modified by: The CricketSoda Myspace Profile Editor The Stellar Requests are Phil Curtis and Marius Fletcher. They write, record and perform ambient acoustic music made up of acoustic guitars and close vocal harmonies. In the summer of 2006 marius and Phil moved to North London to form The Stellar Requests, a name derived from numourous requests to play music from their former band Aunt Stella. The lead up to The Stellar Requests was never obvious. Aunt Stella split and the two front men went their separate ways but kept in contact throughout. Marius found himself playing in small bars of the Parisian latin quater whilst Phil was gigging in the West Midlands. Numerous conversations were spent over thr phone discussing the idea that became The Stellar Requests.
