Well I believe in a happy medium. Things should be part work and part play. Life is too short for it to be any other way!
I suppose it's easy for me to say Why Worry because I work for myself and I don't have some manky boss overseeing me all day. I am my own boss so I do what I like. I do day trading. That is, I watch various sectors of the markets on my computer (usually forex or metals) and I see what they're going to do on a day to day basis and I basically just place bets on whether they'll go up or down. That's it!
It does take a bit of nerve sometimes but you get used to it. Also it's important not to mix business with pleasure. Men don't usually understand this, but it's important.
