Let's Get it Poppin is their most ambitious project to date. They have teamed up with world reknown Independent Hip Hop film producer KoneeRok (www.KoneeRok.com) to make this vision a reality. And custom West Coast Hip Hop GFunk beats by underground GFunk producer Slick Dogg (www.Slickdoggonline.com) ABM plans to bring their over ten years of research in the style of dance known as Poppin and introduce it to a new generation of dancers to learn and enjoy.video has been professionaly shot, edited and produced to compete with any and all instructional dance videos on shelves nationwide. Let's Get it Poppin will also be appropriate for all ages. The ABM Crew feels that dance is a positive outlet for teenagers and adults alike and can even help new dancers build confidence, cultural awareness, respect for the arts, and even keep them in shape.For the experienced Hip Hop dancers out there " Let's Get it Poppin" will also feature advanced techniques in Poppin and Funk Styles. Many Hip Hop dancers in the industry today learn Poppin from out dated movies or misguided choreographers passing on incorrect technique. This dance is perhaps one of the most misunderstood dance styles out there but its influences can be seen in countless music videos, commercials, and even world famous Pop star's performances. ABM wants to set the record straight and teach the correct terminology, technique, history, and break down the many different styles that most people have commonly mistakenly called "Breakdancing" or " Poplockin". Let's Get it Poppin will feature ten lessons each one focusing on a different style, and will teach the dancer to create their own choreography using each style. The goal of "Let's Get it Poppin" is to even build the dancer's skills to be able to "freestyle" to the music which even the most advanced choreographers in the industry have problems doing. The ability to freestyle to any song using these styles is the making of a true artist. ABM will also introduce their teachers the creators of Poppin and Boogaloo, The Electric Boogaloos. They will also share products, informational websites available by the Electric Boogaloos to open the door wider, and take each dancer to an even higher level if they choose to. "We hope that we can share everything we've learned from the masters, and bring the dancer even deeper into the dance by getting them interested in the originators and exposed to the original essence of the dance There are even other dancers from the original era with their own styles, we want the dancer to see the whole culture...and hopefully this video opens that door for them!"
