Band Bio:48 Laws is a melting pot of sounds, combined with a a diversity of members. Each member with a unique and distinct style has made an interesting yet appealing sound of its own. Although it is hard to tell in which genre to categorize them in, once your ears hear the music you can't help but to want more.
Leeane Melendez is the Singer/Songwriter of the band. A full-blooded Puerto Rican who had traveled the East to end up in the West, Here in North Hollywood she found a passion for Rock Music. With the determination to be heard, she commands the stage.
Later she then befriended Oscar (OC) Chicas the Bass player of the band. Who's of a Salvadorian upbringing but was born and raised here in California. He is very mellow and a man of few words. Who lets his Bass speak for himself.
Marnece the Guitar player of the band. Adds a style all his own, he brings the metal influence towards the music. Originally from a background of "Punk Rock Gangsta Boogie" and once a former member of the band "STRAPT". His experience brings the maturity into the band.
Then last but not least came Simon Daniel Lees the drummer of the band. Who picked up the sticks at the tender age of fourteen. Born in California but has been raised part of his life in Manchester, London. His family originally from the United Kingdom, gives him a personality wild beyond his years. He was the missing piece of the "48 Laws" puzzle.
Now a complete band, 48 Laws is now on its way to stardom.
