Yes, the very same mastermind who fought the great Batman to a standstill on many an occasion! Who overpowered the incompetent Batgirl and Robin with his mere guile and wits! Marvel at my flight suit! Shudder at my cocoon gun! Be adequately amused at my Mothmobile! Forget those other so-called Gotham "super-criminals" for *I* shall one day rule this city!
