These are always fun to fill out....right.  I graduated from the wonderful University of Kansas with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering in 2007.  Go Jayhawks!  I work for Oxy Permian in Houston, TX and absolutely love it!  Well I love the job but the city is just all right.  :)  (Better before the Hurricane Ike mess for sure!) 
Other stuff:  I tend to be kind of in your face which can put people off sometimes but that's okay.  I get really excited easily.  I'm tall.  Tall is good. (Researchers have linked height to success you know...)  I can overreact sometimes but it's only because I'm passionate.  I hate dealing with drama.  I'm from a small town in Kansas and wouldn't trade growing up there for anything.  I hate the cold (unless it's snowing) but appreciate the changes of seasons more now that I live in a suffocating environment.  I love being outside and all the activities that go along with it - hiking, cycling, swimming, etc.  I can beat anyone in Indian Leg Wrestling and will prove it.  I succumbed to the price of gasoline and bought myself my new baby - a Saab 9-3 2.0T - convertible of course. :)  I have a serious addiction to shopping.  I believe the statement that you can never have enough shoes is an absolute truth.  (My mom once told me that no man could ever afford me.  I told her that's okay because I afford myself....as it should be.)
I'm a sports fanatic!  If you ever want to go to a game with me, be wary and be willing to take trash talking.  
I absolutely love cheese, crunchy peanut butter, twizzlers, hard boiled eggs, Jack Daniels, and margaritas.  I like nearly all music but won't ever turn down a night of two-steppin. 
I always enjoy a chance to debate politics but wish people would educate themselves more.  It's impossible to have a reasonable conversation with ignorant people.  I HATE how much crap the energy industry receives.  It's basic economics, people.  If you don't understand supply and demand you will never understand why oil costs what it does.  If a person is genuinely interested in learning, I'm willing to talk.  On this note, I despise the liberal biased media.  And would like to take this chance to tell you that The Today Show is not a good news source.  Ha.
Off my soap box.....my ultimate dream is to move somewhere tropical and open up my own scuba diving shop!
