Danny Leary

Danny Leary is a stand-up comedian and based in New York and was recently featured live in performance on here! TV's Hot Gay Comics Live. Danny is a comedian panelist for MTV's FNMTV and recently taped a pilot as a comedian panelist for a new clip show called Animal Crackers for Animal Planet. He has been featured on the nationally syndicated radio program The Joey Reynolds Show and appeared as a guest weatherman on the CW-11 Morning News. Danny was cast as a series lead in the sitcom pilot Together where he plays a Joan Crawford cater/waiter which is currently being optioned by a major cable network. A short film edit of Together is currently hitting the festival circuit.Danny Leary delights audiences from coast to coast as headliner of the acclaimed 5 Funny Fags national tour. In New York he can be seen regularly at major comedy venues such as Comix, Gotham, Comic Strip and Caroline's, is a regular performer on the New York cabaret circuit and has appeared as a featured guest at the Iridium Jazz Club and The Metropolitan Room. His own variety show On the Rocks with Danny Leary was named a "Best Bet for Comedy" by Time Out New York and when not on the road can be seen every Friday in New York featuring at Don't Tell Mama.
