New York dramatic works include: Bling!, Sach’Elays, and Last Call at the Miracle Grill, the one-act trilogy entitled Ulterior Side Dishes, Tulsa, Catherine St., and Love and Produce, a work for hire screenplay. New York production credits include: Bling!, at the Producers’ Club and The American Theatre of Harlem in 2005; and the one-act trilogy Ulterior Side Dishes at the Nuyorican Poets Café, May 11 – June 3rd, 2006. Directing Credits include: Evening Gloves, by Helen Hill, and Catherine Street by Lori Payne. Lori is currently studying playwriting under the tutelage of dramaturge and author, Anthony ‘Tee’ Saralegui. ***********************************************************
After earning a B.A. in Drama and Communications from the University of New Orleans, Lori wrote feature stories for local and regional publications that focused on the arts, activism, and local history.
