Influences: Very little searching is necessary to find an example of Pizo’s confidence in his ability to place himself amongst hip-hop’s elite. After much deliberation over a name for his company, he decided on F.I.N.O. Entertainment, an acronym for “Failure Is Not an Optionâ€. He refuses to accept failure as an obstacle impeding his progress of taking the rap world by storm and felt so strongly about the slogan he got it tattooed across his shoulders. With the weight of his mantra serving as a constant reminder he will stop at nothing to have an impact on the industry.Born in Miami, Pizo lived there until 1992 when Hurricane Andrew ravaged his hometown. He immediately relocated to Georgia and would bounce back and forth between Atlanta, Columbus, GA and Miami until enrolling at Howard University in Washington, D.C. on a wrestling scholarship in 1999.An avid fan of rap all his life, Pizo didn’t pen his first rhyme until hearing the classic debut by Outkast “Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik†in 1994. He became serious about his craft after arriving on the historical campus of Howard University and surrounding himself with like-minded individuals. After a number of failed business relationships and unfulfilled promises, Pizo decided to take his career in his own hands and formed the aforementioned F.I.N.O. Entertainment in 2007.With an infectious flow, witty metaphors and overall versatility on the mic, Pizo will inject vigor and a new sound into the game.
