Me, Uke and the Love Triangle

About Me

Me, Uke and the Love Triangle is a two man novelty act comprising of Ryan McLean and Tom Paxton. They would really like to play live again at some point... Please... Generally viewed as "The Normal One", Ryan "Rango" "Rangual" "Rizzlers" "Raz" "Daz" "Snick Snickety Snazzy Snizz McBullets Mackenzie" Mclean is a straight talking, triangle playing son of a mother. Possibly the nicest future dictator the world has ever seen, he is so friendly that within 10 minutes of meeting him you will feel as if you've known him all your life. He is also so manly and desirable that he has never once had to ask out a girl. They've all done it for him. Tom "Uncle Paco" "Pax" Paxton has also never asked out a girl. Saying that though, he's only ever had one girlfriend... Nestled awkwardly between windswept and interesting and loveable ragamuffin, there's something about him that makes people want to tuck in his shirt and wipe the jam off of his face. He lives off peanut butter on toast and spends his Monday evenings at Falkirk College drawing naked people in the hope that it will get him into art college. The band formed during the Christmas period of 1989. However, since both members were under a year old and had never met, they remained largely unsuccessful until 2006. It was around this time that Tom bought his first ukulele at the Sidmouth folk festival, and after teaching himself several chords and persuading Ryan to provide him with triangular accompaniment, they finally began gaining recognition. They have never looked back. It's so much easier when you can't see what you're running from...
