Bagpipes fascinated me since I was a little kid at my hometown Ypres, Flanders. I was practically born and raised amidst the war graves and it's obvious that every few times a year i could admire some Scottisch pipeband playing and marching across my hometown's market place. Just to say that, tough living on the continent, this mighty instrument was part of my childhood. And as so many of my fellow citizens, for a long time I tought that the place of birth of the bagpipe was Scotland.
Fellow Scotsmen... I love all of you,especcially the pipers amongst you... But that was a big mistake.TO BE CONTINUED...
