What We Believe
1. We believe that every person has the right and ability to express themselves through any number of mediums, including music. Everyone has the ability to make music.
2. We believe that music takes on many different forms and that everyone does not agree on what comprises music. We must be open to each individuals' expression of music.
3. We believe that music is an expression of it's authors and performers emotions, experiences, desires and beliefs. For some, music is the sole outlet of those things and can not be oppressed in any way. People are passionate about their music and our goal is to help them bring about their vision.
4. We believe the we must be tolerant of everyone and expect that everyone who comes to make music with us will be tolerant of others. This includes race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, mental capacity and any other difference which make us unique.
5. We believe that music, while expressing feelings and ideas, can not promote intolerance or violence against any individual, group of people living thing or place. Music should help us understand one another and cause us to be "in tune" with it's authors and performers.
6. We believe that, for some, music is their life's work and that people should be compensated for their energy equally. We believe in an "Equal Exchange of Energy" between the authors, performers, producers and audience. Only the parties should determine what is "Equal." We will, to the best of our abilities, honor all copyrights.
7. Above all, we believe in creativity and rely on our creativity to solve each issue as it is presented to us in order to best present the best reflection of ourselves and the people whom choose to work with us.
