3rd Rock Revolution

About Me

REVIEW FROM INDIESTORE.COM."I woke up this morning demanding to hear some blues. I was not requiring strictly a blues sound, but if I did not hear a guitar that tipped its hat to country boys in Memphis, TN, then I was going to go crazy. Well, it took three Essex boys, one Londoner and a Welshman to nourish me. The band, 3rd Rock Revolution, is playing the genre of music that the boys of Cream handled perfectly. Allowing the reverb to sneak in this funkadelic-blues, their song, Non Starter, owns me. (DR)"
We like to play Blues, Funk & Rock n Roll sometimes all at once. The idea to form a band came about in Dec'05, we completed the line up in Feb'06, we recorded a 5 track demo of original songs in late Oct'06 down at Musicktek Studios in Dagenham, Essex. Gigs so far : Bar Monsta, Camden - 6th April '07 : MusicTek Music Festival, Dagenham - 7th May '07 : MusicTek Studios, Dagenham - 2nd June '07 : The George, Witham - 24th June '07 : The Loaded Dog, Leytonstone - 26th Jan '08
