WEACE

WEACE is a new project which is developing at its own natural pace with members Boris Kulenovic (Mei Tei Sho, Susheela Raman), Black Sifichi (Tempsion, AAA-Men, Super Stoned, [1] Kilo of Black Bondage, Gigolo Drummers) and David Sztanke (Mike Ladd, Spontane, Tahiti Boy and the Palmtree Family).
Our first selection will be out on the Peuple de L'Herbe's 'SUPADOPE' label in January 2007.
The track is entitled 'Emergency Supply Kit'. The music is ground based in hip hop rhythms that Boris K. often offers as a spring board to provoke ideas, but we are not chained to them, pop elements and the lighter vocal side of Black Sifichi are backed by the melodies of Mr. Sztanke on Rhodes Piano, Organ and other Keyboards. The compositions each have their own distinctive character and are very enjoyable on repeated listening.
