D-Hood-NEW SONG UP!

Damion A. Hatfield aka D-hood was born on May. 13th 1985 in San Francisco,Ca. Growing up in the rough spots of Filmore and Hunterpoint areas where hustling and gun play was a way of life. His love for music shined through at a very young age. And not just for hip-hop or rap, for all types of music. He wrote his first verse around the age of 12 and every since then has had the fever for being in front on the mic. It wasn't until 2000 when he recorded his first song and since then has been on a feverishly pace, recording numerous mixtapes. He then joined the 5 part group "Mobb Fam" in which he and the group recorded over 5 full mixtapes and two full albums. This run with this group would be short lived because he realized that he was much stronger as a solo artist. So since then he has honed his skills making features on songs with "The Youngstarz" in which they created a few hit singles that has had local radio play. He is a real true mc and trust, the world will know his name shortly.His main goal and purpose is to get signed, but he wants to bring back to the game of hip hop and rap what has left. "The real artist". He is curently working on a few new mixtapes on the way Early 2008. And is featured on Son- rising of the son vol 2 collaborating with forever a movemnt .com. So be on the lookout!
