general outdoors stuff - theres only so much of the 'sweaty studio all day' thing i can take! rifle shooting..clay pigeon shooting although im awful at it, swimming, clubbing...not all the time, because it makes it more fabulous when u havent been for a while and u reeealy need to have fun (kate my dance buddy :) ), flying..had one flying lesson and im hooked - want to lend me some money so i can have another one? obviously dance, couldnt live without it simple as that! stage/swordfighting at the Globe is a new thing that i love.
You Should Rule Saturn
Saturn is a mysterious planet that can rarely be seen with the naked eye.
You are perfect to rule Saturn because like its rings, you don't always follow the rules of nature.
And like Saturn, to really be able to understand you, someone delve beyond your appearance.
You are not an easy person to befriend. However, once you enter a friendship, you'll be a friend for life.
You think slowly but deeply. You only gain great understanding after a situation has past.
What Planet Should You Rule?
I'd like to meet:
Anyone who is willing to be genuine and have a laugh about the world in general, and anyone who loves Terry Pratchett...as they must be fabulous!
Music:
no preferences, depends what mood im in. a bit of everything, but not too much screamy metal, just annoys me! cheesey stuff features alongside lost prophets, snow patrol, various clubland/dance tracks, kelly clarkson, coldplay, keane, blink182, alanis morrisette, ronan keating, the kooks, occasional eminem, pussycat dolls, my chemical romance, almost everything that magic fm plays, occasional bits of everything really. stuff u can dance to makes me feel fab, also love classical music, i play the harp so I appreciate the gorgeousness of it all. mostly i can never remember the names of things, but there are various requiems that are beautiful and a miserere as well, umm, a lot of things..elgar cello concerto..wow, finzi, could go on for ages...
Movies:
little miss sunshine is wonderful, love fred astair movies e.g. easter parade and shall we dance, 'Kolya', 'etre et avoir', victor victoria, lord of the rings (i adore the music) cheesey is also gd, and u cant beat a chick flick when ur in the mood
Television:
friends, scrubs, dont watch much really...never around to watch anything that interests me!...like pride and prejudice - the bbc version, friends in london got me into the west wing, sister got me watching green wing...
Books:
terry pratchett is a wonder of an author, lord of the rings, i capture the castle, phillip pullman writes well, douglas bader's life story, the heavenly man - although is so deep i struggled. mostly just books in general, in theory you can't go wrong.
