Hey! So the music on this page has been recorded and mixed by me and a few of me friends.
"Thoughts From Abroad is an improv piece in which I come home after a full day, grab some coffee, and then sit down and play whatever is on my mind. In this case, I recorded it and added the thunderstorm. Enjoy!
"A Flame Amidst Winter" is a composition that I wrote for a young composers compotition in the state of Washington. This was my first attempt at writing classical music and certainly not my last! I excitedly received first place for the 12th grade group of contestants, roughly consisting of one hundred entires. :)
The Second piece is a song in which I experimented with a folk/bluegrass sound with mandolin, string bass, and guitar. With a sweeping melody, the two madolins vamp and repeat eachother interchanging melodies and harmonies.
The second one is kinda a random abstract of melodies I wrote all combined into a slow, beatbass rhythm. Although it doesn't really have a 'plot', so to speak, it still was a major breakthrough for me in experimenting with synth effects.
The remix is a Coldplay song, but I played everything and wrote the other tracks to it. A little bit shorter and without vocal tracks, but this was the very first piece my home recording system put out!
