I aspire to be compassionate and mindful. I generate this energy through learning buddhism, medition and yoga. I have a four year old who enriches my life and reminds me how to live in the present moment. She is the sweetest thing I've ever known. I like to spend my down time with friends...enjoying good food, music and connecting with nature.
