About Me

Based in the UK, also spends a lot of time in Canada. Composer of electroacoustic music, most recently specialising in acousmatic work. Since 2003, Lecturer and Director of the Electroacoustic Music Studios and MANTIS at University of Manchester, UK. Studied from 2000 to 2003 with Jonty Harrison in the PhD program in electroacoustic music composition at the University of Birmingham, UK. Work has been awarded in the Bourges (France, 2002), Russolo (Italy, 2002), Radio Magyar (Hungary, 2001), São Paulo (Brazil, 2003 and 2005), Espace du Son (Belgium, 2002) and YESA (Canada, 2000) competitions and is regularly performed throughout the UK, Europe, Asia and North and South America. Compositions are available on the Cultures Électroniques, Studio PANaroma and International Computer Music Conference labels. Published by empreintes DIGITALes (Montreal). First release (La face cachée) was issued in November 2008.
