About Me

Hey! Im Tza or Shaun T if you all formal and dat. Also Sinister depending on where you come from and dat. Sinister meaning not bad but clever in a creative way.
Im a producer from the near shot town known as Chelmsley Wood if you have been there then your know what i mean. I make my own beats mostly and i M.C like it was tha glory hip hop days again.
Im training to be the ultimate studio machine becoming self hired at the least. I specialise in Hip Hop mainly cus its my background and personal favourite type of music. But through the years i have been dipping into other styles from soul to reggae even metal (Seriously) These days i can record alot of genres so it keeps me busy. I go to Matthew Boulton College studying music production so ill be educationally skilled as well as street smart. Im mainly busy cus of the course but i fit most the time with recording artists in my home studio or use the colleges lol till i get enough cash for my own big studio or to blow town.
I started getting really intrested in music just after leaving school and with my mates formed DTE records and we going strong since But since then i had to stop making it due to the college but it gives my other peoples time to chill and work on there stuff.
I try to help peoples out when i can but ive had some bad links in the past. I hope to get my own studio to do what i enjoy and also to help out Birmingham music (Don't Bullshit It Needs Help) and help my projects. I make my own instrumentals and write my own material if necessary. Im working on some mixes right now and of course always planning ahead for some new DTE material.
The songs in my media player are as follows
Dragon - This is a beat ive worked on before but i remastered it for 2008 and its caused a rukus. Some are liking it and some think its a little to movie score and less hip hop but i wanna hear your opinions to as it brings me a closer to sanity in music.
Militant - I make beats and this is a prime example. This was made on Reason but i also work on Cubase and Acid Pro. Its a simple flow hip hop tune but its effective to pros to. If you want to know more about my beats holla at me and ill make it happen.
Terror 2 - This was made on Reason took loooong but pays off. Most people say its my best but dont write me off just yet. Its very old school sounding, slightly dark and has a sik chorus.
Twister - This is a basic beat im adding more to it. I was orginally gonna add it as a little freestyle beat but with some work it can go somewhere i think anyway...
T Ballad - Something different for yall bet you didnt see that coming. If you recongise the sample then good for you, you can appreciate it that little bit more lol. Its made on Reason and as you can tell is a slow jamming tune or film music.
COMING SOON!!!!I PROMISE YOU!Some new material from me as i wanna start fresh with a new attitude And flow as im a changed man.Im always ready for the unexpected so i might just throw some whole new stuff at ya this year.If anyone wants to discuss some recording, beats or just plan music holla at me either on dis site or add me on msn [email protected] Peace

Band Website: Add me [email protected]
Band Members: Tza - Its hard but someone has to do it. Crocka - Check out his page its sik! If you want look out for all my top friends cus i look out for them and they good peoples.
Influences: Main Producers that Infuence me are

Dr Dre - He's the man that started it for me. He was and i think still is the imagination of hip hop/ gangsta rap music. The Pioneer Of the whole twenty years of Hip Hop.

Quincey Jones - This man is not only a landmark in music production but a landmark in black music history. He is a legend and if i saw him i would kiss his shiny head lol. Ive heard his work from Roots to his Soca Tracks and Jazzy tunes. My favourite Quincey Tunes gotta be Ironside. Mad Mad tune from dat show DA DADA DA DA DAHHH!! Its pure jazzyness if thats a word still.

Peoples that influence and inspire me are my tutors Alan Lewis, Hugh Graham, David Largie and Dan Guest for showing me the ropes and teaching me the skills i need to forward myself as a music producer and engineer. Secondly to my peoples at college Simbastyles Leo, Madman Steve, S.L.K, Hustler, Dave Patterson and all the rest i left out. And of course to my local peoples that givng me support one way or the other.

Plus Anyone doing there thing in the music bizness big or small cus you all deserve thanks. Some big influences to me are old school rappers like Bone Thugs N Harmony, Wu Tang Clan, Dr Dre, Jay Z, Busta Rhymes,2 Pac. UK Peoples are my main mans at Corrupt Village making real hip hop, 5th Element, Choong Family and all the others i dont mention. Believe it or not im a big fan of the band Blondie, im not sure how or why but they inspire me in a strange 80s way. Debrah Harry kills it! smashes the stage at 60 still. Others are King Diamond, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Beastie Boys and James Brown.

O GOSH! lately its all J-Music in the house (Japanese) ayumi hamasaki is overkilling right now....even the trancey stuff. Dragon Ash in terms of hip hop and Orange Range in terms of like light hip hop and pop stuff. BUT the best has gotta be J-Themes to anime best start point is Tamaki Nami's Gundam seed destiny song (fun fun fun)..............im not crazy ^-^
