My name Is Mike D. I started The Eminent in November of 06' after my best friend and dog Hilde passed away. The eminent started a slight time before her death but nothing really picked up until after...To this day after i'm done with a song I always take a moment to remember her.
I am a very strange person, I have a lot of friends and different motivations but what you see on the surface is not when you get on the inside. If you get to know me you will really know where all of this anger and just emotion comes from and it is not your typical story... This project has gone through about 5 names each of which was suiting to the moment, but this one suits everything...

Why?

Because I am trying to put things in order in my life. The Eminent=Eminent=High Importance. My life is not bad by any means, yeha I have a lot of things to deal with, but what person on this planet doesn't? Lately a lot of people have really enjoyed the music, with an increase of quality and music in general...Getting bombarded with im's is awesome, and the best part is it feels rewarding.

I Don't Do This For Money, I Do This Because I Want To... Because It Makes My Life Better

Many people doubted me...Didn't support me...Ignored this thinking it was just some joke...Well. Look Now.If you ever Im me I will answer, if I don't answer it's because i'm away from the computer...I won't purposely ignore you.
