About Us
ElbowSmash is an Sheffield Indie Rock band that was formed in 2006. We are full of songwriting brilliance and just love to play live anywhere.. including local hairdressers.
Former Spark of Life frontman Andy Sellars (Vocals/Guitar/Songwriter) joined up with Joe Freeguard (Drums), Daz Maynard (Bass), and Jeremy Wise (Keyboard) in 2006 to from ElbowSmash. Since 2007, ElbowSmash has played many gigs, festivals, and raised a lot of money for very good causes such as Children in Need and local Children's hospitals.
In 2008, we released our debut album, For Heaven's Sakes, which is currenly raising money for Sheffield Childrens Hospital (around £500 so far!). The album is £5 and it is available from Jacks Records (Division Street, Sheffield), at our gigs, or via email ([email protected]).

Let The Good Stuff Grow
This ElbowSmash's debut single. It managed to raise £400 for local charity Help a Hallam Child. All of the feedback was positive good stuff. Thank you to everyone who bought the record The month in which the band promoted this single was pure fun. Tar very much!!! This record was a limited side b verstion. The side a verstion has now been recorded! The single is now available as a download!
Bonjour Madam
This is our new record. It is out now from elbowsmash.com. The AA sider single includes Bonjour Madam and for Heavens sakes with bonus drive me away live and a acoustic version of let the good stuff grow. It's cheaper than

Christmas Mingle
Thanks to all who bought the record and the fantastic feedback. The sheer amount of times is was played was brilliant. The single managed to sell out all I could order around christmas time. It managed to raise £150 for BBC Children In Need. No doubt we will be hearing this track next year, maybe it will knock Take That from the top. A certain someone I know would have a new mini on that happening. Out every Christmas time as a download and Jacks records, Sheffield!
