Ru6y Aka VENOMOUS CANDY

Raised in a small city near Montreal,Ruby developed a sudden interest for Rap by the age of 13.Not doing to well in school,she then decided to take some time off to practice her abilities.Grew up listening to Gangsta boo,Rah Diggah, Lil Kim, Deadly venoms and many other female artists, Ruby felt she could pursuit her dreams by devoting her self to her music,to one day maybe achieve her goals by being one of the first female Mc's in Canada to make it big. She went on searching for other females with the same love n dedication for Hip hop as she,in the hopes of maybe finding some other lady to share her skills with. Now at the age of 18, working with one of MTL's best producers Le Chum,this young lady should be releasing her first solo album by the year 2008. Many projects to come ,she is proud to have found her place within all these local artists she has come to meet in the past few years. Not to forget her associate Monalisa (wich is also working on her solo album) whom together Ruby Aka Venomous Candy and Monalisa Aka The Crunk Mistress form a group by the name of " Murdah Mammiez". Despite the fact that they have been in the "Game" as a movement for a minute, the Montreal Murdah Mammiez have been doing their thing and have managed to obtain a fan base on My space and are receiving lots of love n support from their local community. Hoping to make it some day and to be recognized for what they do, Ruby and Monalisa will keep on pushing until they reach their dreams, keeping in mind that the Sky is the Limit.
