I'm heather. I was born in the south side, went to highschool in this hellish little suburb you've never heard of, left every chance I got, have had my own place in the north side of the city for about 4 years now. I recently received my BFA from the School of the Art Institute. i'm a painter. I'm planning to move to italy within a year, depending on finances. i'll probably stay there for a year or two before going to grad school in nyc. Once i leave chicago, I'm not planning to come back.
i am NOT interested in:
getting married, having babies, tattoos, traveling out of the city to midwestern suburbs, living with my parents, piercings, "scenes," fall out boy, thai food, the cubs, the bears, or any sports other than soccer (italian soccer. sometimes brazillian, sometimes portugese)
i AM interested in:
painting, museums, galleries, (real) italian and chinese food, jamba juice, thrift shopping (90% of my wardrobe is second-hand), british comedies, traveling, living in a new place every 2-3 years, meeting great friends, old books, people who aren't pretentious, motorcycles (sport bikes and crotch rockets, not hogs), the italian neo-realists, always moving on to bigger and better things.
