Lil-tu was born in Miami, Florida on October 14. he was called LIL-TU by family and friends because he loved the number 2.every since he was born, he stayed with is grandma and granddad in liberty city in a neighborhood called pistolville because his mother had a drug addiction and when he was born they found cocaine in his system, so in instead of going to a foster home is grandma and grandfather agreed to take him in so he can be with is family.pistolville was called pistolville because it was known for gunplay. At the age of eight he started writing poems to express how he felt, because he felt nobody listened to anything he had to say about problems in the house or what he went through in school or in his neigborborhood. At the age of nine he was introduce to lil-c,pistol,and lil mike, neighborhood rappers, by a another friend of his. Soon they created a group called lil-ones and started performing their songs in places that had open mic night. Soon the group broke apart because he couldn’t perform any more because OF family problems. Soon lil-tu started rapping solo and recording is music on a computer with a computer mic and fruityloops.everybody liked his music because it was different and it was about what he was going through and every teen in THE neighborhood could relate to him. At the age 15 he put out a mixtape called um different. It did pretty Good Street wise.
