HB3 ministries stem from 14 years of working in the church and grouping an understanding of where people are hurting. In particular, most churchs find themselves not maximizing their church potential because the leadership is not up to par. HB3 Ministries believe that by teaching and training leadership, the church universal will maximize its potential to make a continued effort at reaching the world for Christ.As the Creator of HB3 Ministries, Pastor Henry Batson, III has overseen several scholarships over the past 10 years. These include: the scholarship fund for Friendship-West Baptist Church, the Frederick Douglas Scholarship and more recently the newly founded "Don't get it twister" scholarship which gave out almost $60,000 in its first year.
