I'm new to the Florida Keys, but so far really liking the change. I moved here with my boyfriend, who got stationed in Key West with the Coast Guard. Although I'm originally from the desert (Albuquerque, NM) I have spent the past 6 years on the East Coast and living life in that manner. The hustle and bustle and quick-paced life of the East Coast has allowed me to accomplish quite a bit. I just completed my Masters program at UMES (University of Maryland Eastern Shore) and can not put into words how relieved I feel to be done with the WHOLE thing! I got my B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Marine Biology. The laid back lifestyle of the Keys is much more suiting to me. I recently just started working at the Dolphin Research Center which means that any bad day can be fixed by seeing dolphins! I'm still trying to figure out what my calling in life is, but also trying to enjoy each day in life as it happens. I love the ocean, good music, true friends, love, honest and good hearted people which are getting harder and harder to find these days. I'm a New England girl at heart who supports both the Red Sox and the Patriots!If you want to know anything else about me.... just ask.
