I'm not going to be like the pathetic little wankers who say I like David Beckham because he's good at football, or I idolise some cheap slut of a female celebrity because they use a trowel to put on their makeup and I want to be just like them. Because 1 - I aint that shallow believe it or not, and 2 - They are not hero's. Hero's give their lives for others they do good for others they don't chase after a ball or act in films. If I ever saw David Beckham die for another person or risk his life to save someone then I could understand calling him a hero but all he does is run around and fake injury. They aren't hero's, the real hero's are those no-one ever remembers those who people forget those who are fighting George Bush's and Tony Blair's oil war; those who are risking their lives everyday. But what for exactly what on earth are they fighting for. All it is is BLOOD FOR OIL. But yes no matter how pointless it is they keep fighting, now they are real men and women those are real hero's, just think of that next time someone says David Beckham is my hero.
