Vic Mendez was born in Panama but has spent his whole life in Miami. No stranger to the music that put Miami on the map, Vic takes pride in his hometown. He eats, sleeps and breathes Miami and has had a hand in developing the freshest sounds on the radio air waves. He got his start as a DJ while still in high school as the official DJ of McArthur High. Fresh out of high school and filled with ambition, he set his sights on the world of radio and hasn’t looked back. From his days at Party 93.1 and Y100 to the successful launch of Mega 94.9, Vic Mendez has made his mark on the world of radio. But make no mistake, Vic isn’t done with the world yet… keep your eyes and ears open, he’s on his way up.
