I'm 34 yrs. old, grew up in Duluth, MN., started playing drums when I was 7 took lessons for about a year, got frustrated because they wouldn't let me play an actual drumkit, so I quit taking lessons and picked up the guitar for a while then when I was in 7th. grade started playing drums again and never looked back. I met my wife in April of '96 and the next year we moved out to San Francisco where we lived for the next 5 yrs. I eventually joined a band, a punk band called Leather Pills. We had our first show in L.A. @ a club in Hollywood called Al's Bar, sort of a west coast version of CBGB's. That was my first gig ever and it was great. We continued to play in L.A. and S.F., recorded two cd's 'Rats' e.p. and 'liveLIVE II'. Lisa(my wife, then girlfriend) decided to go back to school to become a Veterinarian, so we moved to Madison, WI in 2002, where she attended classes @ the UW and I hooked up w/ my last band Fatal Agenda, who are also on MySpace.com . I grew up listening to alot of metal bands. First it was bands like Ratt, Dokken, Motley Crue, then in the summer of '87 I discovered, as many metal heads did, Metallica and everything I knew about music changed forever. Now I'm into bands like Arch Enemy, In Flames, Evile,Demiricous, Shadows Fall, Lamb Of God, Entombed,Prong,Carcass etc. I'm not just into metal however, I also really dig fusion, real country music(Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson)etc. Funk and classic rock.
