Hi there. The name is "Mr.Sick". Most know me as just "Sick." I'm known for many things among my friends and family but now I am known for my Drum-N-Bass Sounds. I have been around the rave scene for a while and I have always been an artist of all sorts on many levels. Now is the time I take a step in a new direction...I begin to live a new dream. I started out when I was younger always wanting to sing. As I got older I wanted to act. Once I hit my teens all I did was Marital Arts...I love that stuff. Around that same time I began to dabble in Hip-Hop, staying up late night wrighting and rhyming. In highschool I became interested in making beats...growing up I use to play the drums and keyboard at my family's church. Music was always something I was into. During college I got heavy into producing Hip-Hop beats. Sometime after that a little later on down the years I expanded and began working on R&B beats, TripHop and now Drum-N-Bass. Drum-N-Bass has become a Big part of my life lately...I never knew I could produce such good music until that one day I sat down and did it.
But now as of recently I have found that in music I continue to expand. And now as Mr. Sick a.k.a Dr.L. Jenkins I bring to you the sounds of BootyHouse?Ghetto Teck and House. So now you have more to hear and know and more to listen too.
Once again I had grown even more to become more and produce more. I have found what I love to do and what I like and what I know others will like as well. I hope to be the sound that many will hear clearly and widely.
This music thing comes from a place of love and happiness and reflects all my years as a RAVER. Yes I do put a lot of myself into this music because its not only love but its the RAVER that is ME, Sick.
This music thing is my life when I think about it. All I do is think, dream, sleep, eat and make music. Music has always been a big part of my life...ever since I heard my first musical sound I had been hooked. What more is there to say. I love music and now I want to share it with all. The music I make is to help bring smiles and tears of joy to all. My music takes you on a ride and leaves you whereever you want to be...its all up to you. I am here to help guide your ears to that place that you may want or need to be.
