AIDS Action Committee

I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts is a not-for-profit, community-based health organization whose mission is to stop the HIV/AIDS epidemic by preventing new infections and optimizing the health of those already infected.

AIDS Action provides support services for people living with HIV and AIDS, educates the public and health professionals about how to prevent HIV transmission,; and advocates for fair and effective AIDS policy at the city, state and federal levels.
What's New:
AIDS Action now has a Twitter account, to keep you up to date on everything we do. twitter.com/aidsaction

AIDS Action Committee's new Virtual AIDS Quilt lets you make a page to pay tribute to someone affected by HIV/AIDS or fighting the disease. You can read other stories and share your own, to let people know they're not alone in the fight.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

AIDS Action has a twenty-five year history of serving people living with HIV and AIDS in the state of Massachusetts. Our programs and services fall into three major categories, Client Services--which provides direct services to people living with HIV in Massachusetts; Prevention--which seeks to educate individuals about the spread of the virus; and Public Policy--which advocates on the state and national level for a broad range of policy issues around HIV and AIDS. For more information about the programs and services of AIDS Action click on the links to the right or read below.
