About Me

Born in Jamaica, West Indies; raised in the Boogie Down and L.I, I'm a politically conscious, activist-oriented professor fighting to deprogram our youth from the capitalist, racist/self-hating, mysoginist, homophobic messages brainwashing their minds. I'm also a novelist who LOVES music (roots reggae, classic dancehall, hip hop, soul, r&b, blues, folk, classic rock), dancing, literature, art, and stimulating conversation.Jah, family, and true friends are number 1 in my life -- as well as good health, good love, and good karma!
