I'd like to meet:
..Ramon Hernandez, born in Guanajuato, central Mexico, 1976. Started playing drums at age 15. Studied music on Guanajuato's school of Music, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Orchestral Percussion. Has belong to a number of projects with many different styles ranging from jazz, blues, funk, fusion, to full improvisation (real time composition), Symphonic Orchestra and Orchestral Percussion Ensemble. The majority of the projects involved original music, since the beginning of his career. Recently studied afro-cuban and Latin-American percussion and currently studying Balkan and Turkish percussion in Istanbul. Current projects: Barro Negro and Gecko Roman Project, whom which he spent April, May and June 2007 gigging in Istanbul, Turkey and Europe. Future Projects: Billy Franco y la Banda Imaginaria whom which he will start working from Sep-October 2007 onwards. Currently in the stage of composing and creating the material and concept, which will include the use of his voice and several percussion instruments. All of this blended with electronic elements and sounds.
