Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away!I have 2 beautiful girls (6 and 11) and love them more than anything-they are my world!I try to make as much time for myself as I can. Love to exercise - kickboxing is the ultimate anger management tool for me. What a release! I love to run, play volleyball, take long walks with my kids! I love the outdoors...camping and hiking, walks on the beach.OMG what a f*in journey it's been! "If only you could have seen...how f***ed up my life use to be." It's been one hell of a trip the past 17 years!...the times they are a changin'! Choosing a new path in life. Looking forward to better days ahead.Saw a wonderful astrologer in Branford, CT and she shed some serious light on my life, past, present AND future...she opened doors for me that I thought were forever closed. April 21st - Boston Borders, May 20'07, Mohegan Sun and May 25th - Wallingford,CT! Smacked twice in a week, nice! Yippee! They ROCKED us in CT! Thanks guys! Can't wait to get SMACKED again! The Ghost Rider by Neal Pert - amazing! Recently read Tuesdays with Morrie, For One More Day and The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom--must reads! Power of the Witch & The Witch in Every Woman both by Laurie Cabot! Great reads. Sully's memoir, The Paths We Choose, is truly inspirational..so much more respect for him now that I've read this!!

Heroes:

Need to give a shout out to the US troops - showing them some respect and love for putting up with the political BS and for putting their lives on the line for all of us! and to all the firefighters out there who risk their lives for us everyday!My dad is my true hero! Lots of love for him! He's been there for me thru thick and thin! Lots of love for my Mom who I miss dearly! I know she's watching over me....and Sandi, well you are truly a blessing in all our lives - thanks for all that you do!
