About Me
The Cajun Hotsauce Festival is held in New Iberia at the Sugarena every April. This will be our seventh (7th) year and it just keeps getting bigger and better! In the past we've had artists such as Sammy Kershaw, Joe Nichols, Craig Morgan, Tracey Lawrence and Percy Sledge. Of course we spotlight our local talent, also, such as Jamie Bergeron, Travis Matt, Nickle Beer, Keith Frank, T. K. Hulin and Smoke, Damon Troy and thats just to name a few. Its a family festival hosting food booths, beverage booths, a carnival, petting zoo, a big cook-off, 14 bands throughout the weekend, arts and craft booths and a hot sauce competition. The music is fantastic, the food is hot and the beverages are cold! So come out and join us in 2007 starting April 13, 14 and 15th. A schedule of events and ticket outlets will be posted soon!
