BATCHILD - Batboy's Makes Me Cries
Formed in 1995, Batchild were then, are now and ever shall be Matt Child and Bat Face. Bringing pompous, self congratulating and ill-deserved arrogance in an ever increasing vacuum of innovation. Batchild is the abandonment of integrity, creativity, English grammer and of hope. The embracement of the banal, irrelevant, toe curling and the quite honestly baffling. Batchild re-introduces the selfish, tuneless but infectious distraction you might expect from pubic lice but no cream has yet been created to rid the world of Batchild. In a world where genre means so much, and the merging of genres is so popular casting a musical (ahem) net as wide as funk / newworld / metal / country and western / disco / punk / thrash / electro means that we are at least 8 times better than any other band.
