Band Members:DEAN VENTUREThe youngest of the twins, Dean considers himself the brains of the two brothers, mainly because he spends a lot of time reading detective and adventure books, and is always up for another adventure. He's the most like his grandfather, except that both him and his brother are quite naive, acting and talking like it's the sixties. He's a good-natured youngster who tends to think of others before himself, a trait that has earned him repeated scorn from his younger brother, Hank.HANK VENTUREHank is the oldest of the twins, and considers himself the jock of the duo, though in reality they're both equally naive in their observations of the world. He often bullies his younger brother, though when push comes to shove he's always ready to take action to defend him.DR. TAHDDEUS "RUSTY" VENTUREDr. Venture is a world-renowned scientist, mainly due to the reputation of his father, the late Dr. Jonas Venture. While he tagged along on his dad's expeditions as a kid, he never really picked up on his dad's intellect or flair for adventure. He never even finished medical school, so he's not actually a doctor of anything. He has now run the family business, Venture Industries, into the ground, pops "diet pills" like candy, and reeks of failure and unrealized potential. Constantly strapped for cash, he spends most of his time dreaming up ways to make money with his weird inventions that never seem to work out exactly as planned. He pays little attention to his sons and depends heavily on the bulky Brock Samson, who he first met in college where they were roommates.BROCK SAMSONBrock Samson joined the army when he was kicked out of college his freshmen year after accidentally killing someone while playing football, then going on a drunken rampage after being kicked off the team. He is now an agent with the Office of Secret Intelligence, assigned to protect the Venture family. He is fiercely loyal to the boys (and Dr. Venture too, if it's convenient) and lets nothing stand in the way of their safety, be it ninja, supervillain, or chupacabra. Disdaining guns in favor of his ever-present bowie knife, the walking Swedish murder machine has a license to kill and absolutely no qualms about using it, responding to any and all crises with relentless, remorseless brutality. When there's no rescuing to be done, he can normally be found working on his '69 Charger, listening to Led Zeppelin, and being a better role model to the boys then their father would ever care to be.
