Like “Wonder,†Sheyna’s true to life lyrics and music are written by her. She is a real musician & she’s ready to show the world what she has to offer. Sheyna Gee has been playing the guitar since she was 5 years old. She has performed in numerous nightclubs, coffee shops & talent shows through out the country. Sheyna wrote her first song when she was 6. This is when she realized she has a natural gift for song writing and has since then written all of her own material. Her Melodies are catchy, real life and infectious with lyrics to match. Many have linked her to a young Pat Benatar, Joan Jett or Gwen Stafani. Sheyna’s music is easy to listen to and has a very southern California rock feel. She was showcased in the "Women in Rock Forum" at South-by-South West in Austin, Texas, She has made appearances on "Fox News" in both Austin and Los Angeles Markets, and is the featured Artist in commercials for "Daisy Rock Girl Guitars". Sheyna was also hand picked to model in the first ever girls guitar books, "Girls Guitar Method 1 and 2" and the first girls bass book "Girls Bass Method"(Alfred publishing). In 2005 she made an appearance on Mtv. The young Rocker has also been featured in numerous magazines such as "YM" and "Women who Rock", along with newspapers across the country. She has received airplay & performed live on the air in the L.A. market. Sheyna was also showcased at the "NAMM Show" in Anaheim, California. Sheyna has performed her original songs at many charity events like VH1's "Save the Music," "Boarding for Breast Cancer," R.A.D.D. (Recording artists, Rock stars, Actors, and Athletes against drunk driving) and the "Red Cross Jip Music Festival," just to name a few. Recently, she was chosen from over 7,000 people to be one of 7 vocal finalists in the NFAA arts recognition and talent search in 2007. Sheyna continues writing and being inspired by the world around while on her journey to become a Major Recording Artist and performer, hoping for great success in the Industry.
