When others had me down for the count, I knew that there was something else in store for me, and I realize that there is more to come. I am a mother, a wife, a sister, a friend, a soror, a leader, a follower (of God), a counselor, a listener and sometimes my worst enemy. I am currently a student and business co-owner while still finding time to take part in my Sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., (Skee-Wee my Sorors), and I am loving every minute of it.But gues what?????? God ain't through with me yet

I like a large array of music from gospel, R&B, Country,Funk and Hip-Hop. My favorites from each include "Yesterday", " I won't complain" from Gospel. From R& B "Reasons" and all the stepping cuts, Country "I got a brand new girlfriend and Strawberry Wine", Funk includes "Before I Let Go, Candy and Brickhouse" And for Hip-Hop I like "Come Close" and "Testify both by Common.

Movies:

America's Next Top Model(This season is corny though), Divorce Court, and some reality show

"The Coldest Winter Ever", "The Babylon Sisters", Zane's Books, and an old school classic "The Boxcar Children" holla.

Heroes:

I always looked up to my Grandmother's because they were all very strong women, especially my partner , Grandmom Kay. I also really look up to one of my cousins who in my eyes is one classic act and striver.....Ms. Annie Mickens. I also look up to my bestfriend for reasons no one can understand... Claudine Jones
