About Me

.. Create Your OwnI was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Small city, great people. Toledo will always hold a place in my heart. Currently go to school at The Ohio State University. Been here in Columbus for three years now. Since I'm here, no family here, the biggest downfall of being away from home. So many good times shared with the family. They're always there for the good and bad, supporting and looking out for me. They mean a lot. I was born a cradle Catholic, growing up in catholic daycare, to catholic elementary, to catholic all girl's high school, so I suppose I'm a bit sheltered. But I think it's given me a good foundation. I have an idea of the type of person I aim to be, although that quest is neverending. There is always room for growth. I would like to think that I've worked hard throughout my school years, and as time is now drawing near to graduation from college, I'm truly learning how much hard work really pays off. Opportunities present themselves when you know what you want and are out there grabbing those opportunities. One thing that I'm really passionate about and try to never pass up the opportunity of, is traveling. I've continually traveled throughout my lifetime and every single place is an adventure. Learning of different ways of life, and a place's history is just fascinating. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to travel more and see what the rest of the world has in store for me. I seek adventure all the time :) I'm 21 years old and I've got a lot to see and learn still on this journey called life :)

My Interests

I really enjoy traveling. I think half of the things that I think of on a daily basis is about a new trip I'll be going on or planning. My thoughts are always somewhere far away. I also enjoy music having played the clarinet for many years and studying to play the piano as well. My all time fave sport has got to be soccer. A lot of good memories made with friends spanning from Toledo, Chicago, Columbus, and even to Europe have been made from the great sport of soccer. I also enjoy watching this sport and boy do I get into it. I also enjoy attending Broadway musicals. I've grown up going to them and each one is a new experience. When the singing, acting, choreography, lighting, and set all come together, it's definitely the ultimate source of entertainment.

Music:

Anything from pop, techno to traditional Irish music

Movies:

I like so many. I like a lot of '90s movies, which people think corny, but I find them cute and funny. One thing you have to watch out for is that about 50% of the time I watch a movie, I end up falling asleep. heh. So if you watch a movie with me, make sure I'm drinking caffeine or I'll be a snoozer. I think movies I like the best are adventure movies, with a little bit of romance mixed in. Adventure with a splash of romance = my cup of tea.

Television:

Hmmm, really I like to watch Travel Channel, HGTV, movies on ABC Family, and some reality TV shows.

Books:

Adventure with a dash of romance :D
