EQUALITY

Equality has formed out of an oldschool band called U.M.S. in summer 1999, when the old guitar player (Uwe) left the band and the new guitarist (Roman) came in. Because of that the whole music became more newschool. The band line up, till december 2001 was: Alex - Bass, Marko - Drums, Roman - Guitar, Stefan - Vocals. Than because of some different reasons Marko and Stefan left the band and it was pretty quite about equality for more than one year. In the beginning of 2003 a new drummer (Andre) was found and equality started to do serious practises again. Some weeks later a new vocalist (Paul) and a second guitarist (Stefan) joined the band and equality was 're-build'. The songs became more metal in that time. Some had chaotic-parts too.. but still under the 'banner' of newschool. One year later the drummer left the band, and equality felt 'asleep' again. Since summer 2005 equality's got a new drummer called Stefan. The first shows took place in the end of 2005. Once again the music developed and became more chaotic. After 1 year of playing shows and creating new material, an awesome and fresh label was found, which dared to put that stuff on cd. In the beginning of 2007 the EP "Kleinod" was released on SHARK MEN RECORDS. In the end of summer 2007 Paul left the band and was replaced by Stephan. Let's check out how this new line up will kick ass!!!
