Civilians is a new band to emerge on the NYC scene, a live sound experience charged with the essence/ spirit of rock-n-roll and rooted in original songwriting. Infused with the multinational background of its members, Civilians music blends elements from different cultures and music genres, from 60's rock to bossa-nova, psychedelia to jazz and blues, creating a mature polyphonic soundcape. The bands live shows move from jumping pop tunes to melancholic atmospheres and back to chaotic blues, engaging the listener and producing an interactive experience.
