It all began in 1992 where Kay Elpers, a.k.a. DJ KayleFay, started to combine Disco, Garage and House music together delivering a sound that attracted many club-goers. At that time one found him linked to locations such as Space (Essen), the legendary T.D.W. (Tanzhaus des Westens, Bochum) or the Planet (Bochum) and even though he was just at the start of his career it was thanks to KayleFay that the TDW was voted „Best Club“ in the city (Marabou Magazine).
The requests for KayleFay grew, and after filling many clubs, KayleFay began his professional career in 1999, spinning in Germanys most distinguished and acclaimed clubs and festivals. It would be difficult to count all the clubs in which KayleFay has spinned in, in Germany and due to the recognition he and his music received many foreign clubs began to show a large amount of interest. U.K., Switzerland, Spain, Greece, the Czech Republic, France and Belgium are only a few countries in which KayleFay was invited to, to make sure the crowd would go home satisfied.
In 2000 a collaboration with DJ Dale B. Cooper and Sabine Christ, Germanys #1 House DJane and VJ on Germanys music television VIVA, allowed KayleFay to open a new era in his career. As the “Dee-Lugz All-Stars†they toured all over Germany rocking the crowd with their unforgettable and unique sound. In 2003 Sabine Christ moved and settled down in Brisbane, Australia, causing their gigs to be rare, but still today highly awaited. After the All-Stars split up KayleFay began to spend more time in his hometown Hamburg where he wanted to take a creative break. Luckily for us the booking agency, Nullbooking, managed to sign him up exclusively for Germany making sure that many more gigs were to follow.
Today KayleFay is a welcomed guest at selected parties all over the country. He is also responsible for a monthly released compilation CD presented by FHM, the worlds leading For-Him-Magazines, which one can find on www.fhm-music.com. Still settled in Hamburg, we are patiently waiting for his own productions. KayleFay not only has the technical know-how, but also the talent and passion which is needed to be successful.
After 15 years experience his music is a well-balanced mix of pure House, Nu-Breaks, Progressive and Electro tunes, which guarantees a sound to remember. We look forward to more.
