Sprouted out the womb October 3rd '87. Of Borinquen decent, Born & raised in THE CITY OF BIG WINDS (Chicago). Being an "Urban Youth" Arken was surrounded by gangs, drugs and violence. struggling to make sense of it all while maneuvering through spotlight situations. Around the age of 12 he began to take more of an interest in Hip-hop. He Began the journey to the underground. In High school (Von Steuben MSC) he began to train more aggressively in b-boying and writing more intricate spoken word pieces. The beginning of the Iraq war sparked his need for change in the world. Also during this time he truly started to come into conscientiousness of the "Powers that Be" around him. His eyes open, or at least flickering, he began to investigate his historical roots. Fascinated with early human civilizations and the growth/ deterioration of empires. He struggles to make sense of it all til' this day. In 2008 he was asked to take part in the construction of a movement. C.H.I. City Committee. He excepted and The Movement expanded. Now legally a Non for profit organization C.H.I. City Committee Has matured to help those around them and donates proceeds from Parties/Shows and Gatherings to at risk urban youth. The organization has also grown and evolved into a Hip-hop crew.
