Murci Day is the artist and SWAP 'Swagger with A Purpose' is the camp. Hailing from DC and P.G. County (Riverdale to Suitland). A.P. and Justice provide the bank, the support, and business savvy, J.R. is Mr. Everything Else, and Cliff make the BASS-I just abuse it.
I am the only rapper on the team, right now we don't feel like dealing with any conflicting agendas. S.W.A.P. is all about Murci Day right now and this is more than just a music venture. We in the business of doing business, make no mistake I am trying to eat. As far as the rapping go, I aint trying to just hug one style, I want to be that artist that can get on any track no matter what it's about. That used to be Cube or Pac and I dont know who it is now, so I guess hip-hop lost that. Armed with a confrontational delivery towards real life issues and half of Webster's dictionary I speak it with attitude and I spit it with meaning, hence, Swagger with A Purpose. I got the creativity to speak on the realest issues and still give you something you can bang to. Its all about finding a balance cuz at the end of the day you still gotta have fun with it. I am the product of an area that can show you the best and worst life has to offer and my music reflects that.
