Alla giovane età di otto anni, pur non sapendo ancora cosa fosse un cd, viene iniziato al pop punk dalla band più popolare del momento, gli Offspring, con il loro cd Americana. Da qui inizia il suo percorso di autoformazione musicale con band come i NOFX, Blink-182, Green Day e Rancid, che lo rendono, agli occhi dei più, un bambino con seri problemi. Lungo la strada si smarrisce per un breve periodo dandosi al nu-metal degli Slipknot ma ben presto, ritorna punk più convinto che mai. Nel 2003 decide che il mondo ha bisogno del suo genio musicale ed inizia a suonare il basso da autodidatta. Ben presto il suo enorme ego si espande ulteriormente e ciò lo porta a suonare anche la chitarra e a imparare a comporre parti di batteria. At the young age of eight, still not knowing what a CD was, he was introduced into pop-punk music through the band The Offspring and their very popular album Americana. This was the start of his musical formation that came from bands such as NOFX, Blink-182, Green Day and Rancid. To an outsider, he was perceived to be a child with serious problems. During his musical journey, he sometimes went astray by listening to Slipknot’s NU-metal. But eventually he returned—this time more convinced that ever that pop-punk was the musical genre for him. In 2003 he decided to give the world a taste of his musical talent and began to teach himself how to play the bass guitar. He soon discovered that he had musical talent and this lead him to play other instrument such as the guitar and the drums.
