Our sound is very much our own, plenty of ska, some blues, a trace of funk and gypsy folk. Our motivation is local live performance, getting people off their Ipods and on their feet. Half our songs are our own, half are treatments of others, generally seeking to dig out neglected gems rather than covers.The recordings on this site were all made live in one take, so are not of multi-track production standards, but if you speed them up and add a load more energy you will get some idea of what we are like live. They are somewhat old now and the group has changed considerably so pinch of salt required.We are listed in Gig Guide Ltd
