Arne Ô. aka JAZZPAR – Estonia/TALLINN
Founding member of the "Smoking de Luxx". "TooSmoking" member with Borja Smoking. They had their own radio show "Buena Onda" (106,7 FM) with Fernando Carvalho, and will soon be starting a new one called "This is not BERLIN" (97.7 FM).
As a resident dj, he is currently djing at:

His career as a dj started back in the nineties, in Estonia, along with his friend P.Julm (Defected, Ovum), when he was devoted to acid jazz, soul, jazz and funk grooves. As his dj skills grow, so do his musical interests, heading towards house, techno and minimal, whilst keeping the funk/soul essence. Under certain circumstances, he can get to play darker sounds from progressive house, acid and electro. under the name Jazzpar he plays nu-jazz, downtempo, broken beat and brazilectro.
After diverse stages in different European cities, he moves to Bilbao in 1998 and continues to dj at small joints, getting to play in the most important clubs in town in a very short time. After all these years of evolution in the national electrinic music scene, he understands dance music as a global concept; when creating a session, Arne goes from minimal to electro and tech house, always in a quest for new experimental sounds and developing a plot, keeping the groove level high and the mood happy.
He has played his records in clubs like:
